How Chandpur Directory handles account, business, review, analytics, and contact information.

We receive account profile details from Google sign-in and collect information submitted through business listings, products, services, reviews, bookmarks, reports, and support requests. We also record basic usage events such as page visits and contact clicks.
We use information to operate the directory, review submitted content, publish approved listings, provide vendor tools, improve search, measure performance, prevent misuse, and communicate important account or moderation updates.
Approved business names, categories, locations, descriptions, images, opening hours, contact details, social links, products, services, ratings, and approved reviews are public. Vendors should not publish sensitive personal information in listing fields.
Google provides sign-in and identity verification. We do not receive your Google password. Access to vendor and administrator tools depends on the permissions associated with your directory profile.
Trusted providers support authentication, database hosting, image processing, website delivery, and operational monitoring. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
We may process IP-derived region, browser or device information, referring pages, viewed listings, and contact actions to understand platform use, detect abuse, and provide aggregate analytics to vendors and administrators.
Records are retained for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use access controls, database policies, encrypted connections, and audit records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request correction or deletion of eligible account, review, or business information. Some records may remain where retention is required for security, moderation history, legal compliance, or legitimate platform operations.
